BE IT RESOLVID that Che Board af Supervisors of the Cov.nty of Butte
hereby approves the attached ag~eement between,the County o£ Butte and
CaJ.i.~ornia Depar~ment of Transportation covering reimbursement to County
for constraction of Midway Overhead and herebq authorizes the Chairman of
this Board ~o execute same on behalf of the County o£ Butte,
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 20th
day of ~.7anuary , 1976;,by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Ladd, Mada.gan, McKillop and`Richter
NOES: Chairman Cameron
ABSENT: None
