WHEREA9, Government Code s~ 65~02(a) provides that a Board of
Supervisors may be resolution exempt certain requirements from the provieions
of s 65~+02 (a) ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Board deteziuines that tihe
follo*aing shall be deemed exempted from the requa.xements of Government Code
§ 65~02:
1. The disposition of the remainder of a larger parcel
which was acquired and used in part for stxeet purposes,
2. Acquisitfons, dispositions, or abandonments for street
widening.
3. Alignment projects, provid~ed such disposi~ions for street
purposes, acqaisitions, dispositions ox abandonments for s~reeC widening,
or alignment projects are of a minor na~ure,
pASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Boa~d ot Supervisors this
