RESOLUTION GTVIIVG NOTICE 4F INTENT~ON TO ABANDQN PIUBLIC
PUBLIC UTZI:ITY EABEMENT ~
WHEREAS, tnis Board has received a request from Emma G. Ringer
to allow the abandonment of publi.c utility easement as described
below,
TaHEREAS, puxsuant to the authority vested in th~s Board
under Government Code §§50430, et s~., this Board wishes to declare
its i~teneion to abandon said public utility easement as desczibed
below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board:
I. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its regular
meeting on rtarcki 2, _1976 at 10:30 a.~. , in the Board Chambers,
Butte CounCy Administration Building, Oroville, a hearir~.g shall be
held on ~he aband.onment ot the following described easement:
A11 that pub7.ic utili.~y and recreation easemenit located
along the north line af Loe 19 as~shown on that certain
map known as Paradise Pxnes Country C~ub Estxtes Uni~
No. 4, recorded zn Book 38 Maps of Record at Page 73 on
October 27,1971, in the County of But~e, State of California.
2. That ths:s Reso~ution be posted and published pursuant
to rhe provisions of Government Code §§50440 and 50441.
