WH~REAS, pursuant to the av.thority vested in rhis Board under
Government Code §§50430, et'se ., this Board wishes to declare its
inten.tion to abandon said pub~ic utility easement as described below.
~IOW, '~HEREFORE, BE IT 3.LESOLVED by this Board:
1. Tha~ this Board hereby gives no~ice that at its
regula~ meeting on Marcii 2; i976 ~ a~ ~2i00p.m. , in the Board
Chambers, Bu~te County Administ~ation. Bv.ilding, Orovi.lle, a hearing
shall be held on the abandonment of the following described easement:
AJ.1 that certain real pxoperty situated in the Coun.~y of
Buere, Srate of California, described as follows:
Being a por~ion of Lot 80 as said is shown on ~hak certain
map entitled "Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restric-
tzons and Condominium P1an for Eden Roc Subdivi.sion", which.
said ~ecl.aration was recorded on September 13, 1967 in
Volu~ne 1486 at page 347 of Officia~ Records of Butte County,
more particularly descrxbed as follows:
Commencing at ~he Southeast corner of said Lot 80; thence
Vorth O1°32'17" West along the East line o~ said Lot 80 a
distance of 3.00 feet Co ~he true point of beginning for the
herein described parcel; the~ice from said point of beginn.ing
and con~tinuing North O1°32'17" Wes~ 3.16 feet; thence leaving
the East line of said Lot 80 Nortk~. 29°47'30" West a distance
of 65.24 feet, to a point on the northe~ly line of said Lot 80;
thence North 70°11'30" West along sa~.d J.ine 7.29 feet to a
point on the`arc o~ a 115.00 foot radius curve to the right
said point also being on the southeasterly line of Eden Roc
Drive; thence al,ong said li.ne and ~he arc of said curve
through a central angle of 08°5.5'S4" an arc length of 17.93
feet; thence leaving the soutiieasterly l~.ne of said Ederi Roc
Drive South 52°34'54" East 36.70 feet; thence South 29°47'30"
East 27.35 feet; therice North 88°27'43" East 3.98 feet to the
goint of beginning.
