Thompson, et al, to allow the abandonment of pub7.XC utility easement
as described below, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the au~hority vested in thxs Board under
Government Code §§50430, et seg., this Board wis~es to declare its
inteneion to abandon said public ~ztility easement as described below:
NOtid, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLV~D by this Board:
I. That this Soard hereby gives notice that at its reguiar
meeting on March 2; 1976~ , at 2:00 p.m. , in the Board
Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville, a hearing
sha11 be held on the abandonmen~ o~ tl~:e following described
easement.
A portion of the NW 1/4 Sec 14, T22N, R3E, NIDB&M, more particularly
descrihed as follows:
All those 12 ft. public utzli.~y easemen.ts as shown on ~hat
ce~tain map antitled, "Pinecres~ Sv.bdivision" recorded in
Book 20 Maps of Record at pages 30 & 31, on March 2, 1954
in ehe Office of the Recorder, County of Butte, S~ate of
California.
Except~.ng therefrom, any por~ion of existing drainage easemen~s.
Also excepta.ng ~herefrom, that certain 12 ~t. public utility
easemen.t lyi.ng within Lot 7.1 of said subdivision, which was
p~eviously abandoned on November 14, 1975, recorded in Soo~fc
2028 -0fficial ~tecords at Page 655.
2. That this ~tesolution be posted and pv.blished pursuant
to the provisions of Government Cade §§50440 and 50441.
