RESOLUTION OF ABANDONMENT 0'F PUSLT:C Y]TILZTY Et1S~MENT
WHEREAS, rhis Board has received a request from Garland Nichols
to allow the abandonment of public utility easement as descxibed belo~v, and
WH~REAS, pursuant to the au~hority vested in this Board under
Governmen~ Code §§50430, e~t se ., this Board wishes to abandon said
easemen~ as described below.
NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by this $oazd:
1.. That this Board finds that said easeuienit is unnecessary
for present or prospective public use.
2. That said public utility easemen~ as hereinafter described
is herainafter abandoned and vacated.
3. That said public utility easem.ent is si.tuated in t1~.e Gounty
of But~e, State of California, and described as follo~as, to wit:
A11 that xeal property situated in ttze County of Sutte, S~ate
of California, more particularly described as:
Sec 14, T22N, R3E, MDSS~M. Described as that portion of the
southerly 12 ft. of Lot 7 0~ "Wildwood Esta~es=Subdivision",
recorded in BOOlC 2~+, Maps of Official Records, Page 49, re-
served for pub].ic ui~lity easemen~ purposes.
