BE IT RESOLVED bp the Board of Supervisors of the County o~ Butte,
State of California, as follows:
1. That said County en.ter into Local Agency-State Agxeement Number 2
covering the Federal-azd Urban Sys~em Projects in BuEte County, and the
Chairsnan of the Board be authorized to execute said agxsement on behalf of
said County;
2, 'That C1erk of this Board be authorized to attach certifiecYcopy of
thi.s resolu~ion to said agreemenfi.
