WHEREAS, pursuan~ to the authori~Cy vested in this Board under
Government Code §§50430 et se ., this Board vris~es to dec~are its
intention to abandon a public highway as described below:
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED by ~his Board:
1. That this Boxrd hereby gives noeice that at its regular
meetin.g on - Aprif 13 , I976, a~ ~: 2:00 p .m. , in the Board
chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville, a hearing shall
be he~.d on the abandonment of the following described public highway.
A~.1 that certain I5 ft. alley way that lies within Block 39,
Map of 'Sherma7.ito, as shown on the map of Thermalito,
recorded on Wa11 Map ~~6, in 1887, Gounty of Butte, State of Calif-
orn~.a .
2. That this Reso~:ution be pos~ed and gublished pursuant to
th.e,:p~ovis3.ons of Governmen.t Code §§50440 and 50441.
