WIiEEREAS, this Soaxd has received a request from R. S.
Thompson, et al, ~o allow ~he abandonment of gubli.c utility.

WHEREAS, pursuant to the auth:ority vested in this Board
under Government Code §§50430, e~ se'., thi:s Board wish:es eo
abandon said easemeiit as described be7:ow.
NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED by this Board:
l. That this Board finds ~hat said essement is unnecessary
for present or prospective use. _
2. That said public u~i].ity easem.ent as hereinafter
described is hereinafter abandon.ed and vacated.
3. That said public utili~y~easement is situated in rhe
Cou~z~y' of Sutte, State of California, and described as fallows, to
wit:
A poztion of the NW 1/4, Sec 1/~, T22N, R3E, ~'IDB&M, moxe
particularl.y described as follows:
A1~. those l2 ft. public utility easemen~s as shown m thati
certain map en~itled, "Pinecrest Subdi.vision" recorded in
Book 20 Maps of Record at pages 3(1 & 31, on March 2, 1954
in the Office of the Recorder, County of ButCe, State of
California.
~xcepting therefrom,any portion of existing drainage easements.
A1so excepting tkerefrom, ~h.at certain 12 ft. public utility
easement lying within Lot ].1 of said subdivision, which was
previously abandoned on November 14, 1975, recorded in Book
2028 Official Records at Page 655.
