RESOZVTTON OF AB~INAONM~NT OF PUBLIC UTILZT`l EYISEMENT
WHEREAS, this Board has rece~:v'ed a request ~zom John W. Green.
to a11ow the abandonmen~t of public uti~li~y easement as described
below,
WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority ves~ed in this Board under
Governme.nt Code §§50430,' et "se ., this Board wishes to abandon. said
easemen:t as descri.bed be]:ow.
NOW, T~?EREFO~, B~ IT RE54LVED by this Board:
1. That this Board ~inds t~:at said easement is un.necessary
for present or prospec~a.ve public use.
2. That said pt~.blic utility easement as hereinafter describ-
ed is hereinafter aban.doned and vacated.
3. Tha~ said public utility easement is situated in the
County o£ ButCe, State of California, and described as ~ollows, ~o
wit.

Butte, State of Califorx~.ia, described as fol.lows:
Bei.ng a portion of Lor 80 as said is shown on that certain
map entitled "Declaxation of Covenants, Conditions, Restric-
tions and Condozninium Plan for ~der~ Roc Sub division", which
said Declaration was recorded on September i3, 1967 in
Volume 1486 at page 3~7 of Official Records of Butte County,
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast cornex of said Lot 80; thence

distance of 3.00 feet to the true poi.n.~ of beginning ~or the
