APPROVING DISTRICT MAP AND DESIGNATING
NAME OF DISTRICT
RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, S'~a~e of California:
~hat the map submitted by the County Surveyor-Director of
Pub~ic Works of this County showing by a boundary line thereon
the boundaries of "LASSEN AVENUE ASSESSMENT DTSTRICT NO. 1", be
and ~he same is hereby, approved and that the Clerk of this
Board shall £ile it in his of~ice.
That all of the Resolutions to be adopted respecting said
°LASSEN AVENIIE ASSESSMEI3T DISTRICT N0. 1." shall refer to said
map in lieu of describa.ng the boundaries of said District by
other means.
Tha~ this Soard hereby designates the area enclosed within
the boundary line shown on said map by the name "I,ASSEN AVEI3UE
1~.SSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1" and h~reby directs that a.n a3.1
proceedings of this Board of 5upexvisors relating thereto that
said area shall be known by said name. PASSED AND ADOPT~D BY
