RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SiTPERVISQRS OF TTiE COUNTY.OF.BUTTE~ STATE OF
CALIFORNIA:
1. That this Board hereby employs EVERb MC C1~ZN and
hereby directs him to prepare the Report and Assessmen~
required under Section 10,204 of the 5treets and Highways
Coc1e of the State of Cal~ifornia (a seetion o~ the Municipal
Izn~ravement Ac~ of 1913) for a proposed assessment district
~o be known as Lassen Avenue Assessment District No. l.
2. That EVERD MC CAIN is hereby authorized to do or
cause to be done all the engineering work including design,
surveying, setting grade stakes in the matter of the
improvement o~ certain streets and easements caithin and
adjacent to an area in the County of Butte shown on that
cer'tain map for Lassen Avenue Assessment D~strict No. 1
approved-on- P'Iarch 9 , 1976, by this ~oard in its
Resolu~ion No.76-39
3. That the County ot Bu~te shall. pay to said EVERD
MC CATN the amounts ~hat are Set forth i~ Exhibit "~1" attached
hereto and the employment of EVERD MC CAIN sha~l be on the
terms and conditions set forth in Exhibit "A".
