WHEREAS, E'VERD MC CAIN has du~.y filed the Rep4rt
respecting the proposed public improvement work for Lassen
Avenue Assessment A3.strict No. 1, and
WHEREAS, ~~~ ~C ~AIN has shown in his said Report
his estimate o~ the cost of the public impravement work that
this Board proposes to order to be constzucted for said
Assessment District, and
W#~IEREAS, this Board deems that it is. advisable to caI.l
~ for bids on said public improvement work proposed to be
constructed for said Assessment District, and deems tha~ it is
dessrable to receive such bids before the time set ~or the
publ.ic hearing on said Report and on the Assessment at~ached
thereto.
