That in the event i:he snccessfuZ contractor for Lassen
Avenue Assessment District No. 1 does no~t complete ~he~work within
the time limit specified in the contract or within such further
time as thzs Board shall authorize, the Contractor shall pay to the
County and the County may retain from any payment due said co~tractor,
liquidated damages in the sum of $s~ Qd per day.
On a motion by Supervisor - Rzchter , secanded
by Supervisor Ladd ' , the foregoing ~esolution
was passed and adopted by the BOARD OF SUPERV'IS~RS, COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CIjLT~ORNIA~ this 9th day of March ~~976~
