OROV'ILLE-QUINCX ROAD EASENIENT AGREEMENT
i BE ZT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
2' ` State of California, as follows:
3, I. That sa~.d County enter into Easement Agreement with State of
e~ ;I California through ~ts Department of General Servzces and as approved by i.ts
6 Department of Conservation for rights of way needed for road purposes on
g' Oroville-Quincy Road Projecti 27561-73-1, vicinity of Harts Mill Fire Station,
q' and the Chairman of the Board be authorized to execute an acceptance of said
$, easement and the tex~ns Chexeof on behal£ of said County;
9 2. That Clerk of this Board be authorized to attach certified copy
