School District has passed a resolution ca7.ling an election to
increase said district's revenue limit, said election to be held
~une 8, 1976; and
WHEREAS, the Governing Board of the Biggs Unified School
Distxict has passed a resolution calling an election to increase
said district's revenue limi.t, said eTection to be held June 8, 1976;
and
WHEREAS, each of the aforesazd Governing Soards has
requested the Board of Supervisors of the Coun~Cq of Butte to order
the consolidation o~ each of the aforesaid eJ.ections with the
State Primary Election to be held on Tuesday, ,Tune 8, 1976;
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT ORDERED AND RESOL'VED by the Board
of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Ca~ifoxnia, as
follows:
1. That the aforesaid elections called by the aforesaid
Governing Boaxds for Jvne 8, 1976 sha1.1 be and the same are hereby
consolida~Ced raith the State Primary Election ~o be held June 8, 1976.
2. That in rhe areas affected by this consolidation
order the election sho.uld be held in a11 respects as though there
was only on.e election and the County Clerk of Butte Coun~y is
hereby orde~ed and directed to provida•: aecordingly witih~.n the
territory affected by said consolidation, the election precincts,
polling places and voting booths for each of said elections herebq
consolidated and to provid.e for only one set of election officers
in each of the precincts atfected by this consolidation order.

3. That the Counrq Clerk is further ordered and directed
to set forth in each forrn of ballot and sample ballot, to be used
in said consolidated elections, insofar as applicable, the ballat
measure for said revenue ~imit increase election, to ma~1 to the =;
qualified e~ectors of the respective districts the appropriate
sample ballots and polling place cards signed by said County Clerk
relating to said election and to provide absent voter ballots for
said e~ections and said State Frimary Election consolidated there-
with for use by quali~ied electors of the respect~ve distric~s who
may be entitled thereto as provided by law.
4. ~hat the County Clerk shall canvass or cause to be
canvassed the re~urns of said disrric~ elections and shall certify
said canvass of votes cast to ~he respective governing boards.
5. That the County C~erk is further authorized to charge
to the respective dis~ric~s ~he expense of the election or e~ections
attr~butable fo said districts.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Super-
visors ~his 9th day of March, ~976, by the following vote:
