B4~GGETT-~'lARXSVILLE ROAD REZOCATSON P.ROJECT FOR ZN-

Z, WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors on January 13, 1976,
2 directed its Public Works Department to nominate Baggett-MarysvaJ.le Road
3: relocation project for inclusi.on on the Public Utilities Commission 1976-77
¢: gxade sepaxation priority list; and
6 WHEREAS, all matters are completed that would a1Zow Butte County to
g, advertise this project as soon as grade sepaiation fund allocation is made;

~p ; authorized to appear on behalf of Butte County to request the Baggatt-
11 ' Marysville Road relocation project be included on the Pui~lic Utilities
12 Commission's 1976-77 grade separation prioritq list.
13. 2. That certified copies o£ thi.s resolu~son be forwarded to Public
14 Utilities Cormnission.
