LC~ A RE30LUTTON SUPPORTING THE CITY OF O1tOVILLE PETITION FOR A GRADE SEPARATT.ON STRUCTUI2E ALTE1tATI0N OR RECON- STRUCTTON AT THE CROSSII3G OF HiJI~7T00N STREET AND THE WESTERN PACIFTC RAILROAD l; WHEREAS, the City of Oroville has petitioned the Public Utilities 2; Commission for an order and allocation for a grade separati.on structure g. slteration or reconstruction crossing of Huntoon Street and the Western ~; Eacific ltailroad main 1ine; and ~ WHEREAS, said grade separation structure a~.keration or reconstru.ction g; woald provide convenience and safety for vehicular traffic and convenience q`: to Weskern Pacific Railroad in its main line operation; and 8: !! WHEREAS, But~e County has found it to be in the public interest to alter g or zeconstract the crossing of Huntoon Street and the Western Pacific Railroad 10; ~ain line for safety and convenience reasons; 1], NOW, THEREE'O1tE, BE IT RESOLV~D by the Butte County Board o£ Supervisors 12, as follours: 13; 1. That Butte County supports the petition of the City o£ Oroville i4 for an order and aJ.location for a grade separation structure reconstruction ~,g' at the crossing of Huntoon Street and the Western Pacific Railroad main ~g; line o . ~7; 2.
