1976-77 P.U.C, PRIORITY LIST
1, WHEREAS, tihe City of Chico has nominated Che Dayton Road reJ.ocation
$ project for inclusion on the Public UtiliCies ~Commission 1975-77 grade
3` Iseparation priority l~.st; and
4< WHEREAS, said rel.ocation project would eliminate Southern. Pacific
~; mainline crossing C-183.8; and
g,; WHEREA~S, said relocation pzoject would provide better and more
7: `;direct access for agricultural products to reach the mills;
$- NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV~B by the Bntte County Board o~ Supervisors

12 ation priori[y list and in fact wi11 participate on 50/SO basis for local
