2 IT IS HEREBY RESOT~VED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
3 Butte, State of California, that Chairman of the Board is hereby authorized

~ and directed to execute Right of Way Certification No. 2 dated
~ March ~ 1976? for the Messilla Va11ey Road Bri.dge at Dry Creek FA05 Project
8 0~-007(1) in the name o£ the County of Butte.
7 Be it further resolved that Che County o~ Butte agrees to hold the
8 State of California haxmless for any liabiSity which may result in the event
9 the right of way is not clear as certified. If the StaCe is named in a damage
10 suit, as a result o~ the righ~ of way not being clear as certified, the County
1~ of Sutte agrees that, at fhe request of the State it Yaill assume full respon-
12 siblity for the conduct of the defense ox provide such assistance as the
~3 State maq require in connection with the defense.
