RESOLUTION AMENDTNG DESIGNATION OF SPECTA~ B~ND
COUNSEL, CLARK ROAD ASSESSMENT DISTRICT N0. Z,
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLV~D by the Board of 5upervisors of the County
of Butte, State of Californza, that all proceedings for the Clark
Road Assessment District No. 1, County of Butte, State,of California,
be, and they are hereby, amended to des~gnate the firm of STURGIS,
NESS & BRUNSELL a professional corporation as Special Bond Counsel
and to delete from said proceedings any ref~rence to S~URGIS,
DEN-DULK, DOUGLASS & ANB~RS~N as Special Bond Counsel.
