IT IS HEREB'Y 12ESOLVED by the Soard of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, Seaee of California, that Chairman of the Board is hereby authorized
and direcCed to e~eecute amended Ri.ght of Way Cereifica~ion No. 2 dated
March 23 , 1976, £or the Clark Road FAU Projece M-Y746(1)
in the name of the County of Butte,
Be it ~uxther resoived that the CounCy of Butte agrees to hold the
State of Ca7.i.~ornia haxmless far any liabiliCy which may result in the event
the rzght ot way is not clear as cerCified. Zf the State is named in a damage
suzt, as a result of the right of way no~ berng clear as cert"xffed, the
County of Butte agrees that, at the request of ~he SCate, it wi7.3. assume fu11
responszbility for the conducC o£ the defense or provide such assistance as ,
the State may requ~re in connection wiCh Che defense.
