RE50LUTION A,MENDING INDiGENT BURIAL SC[3EDULE 0~' FEES
WIiEREAS, the Board of Supervisors on September 30, 1975, pursuant
to California Welfare attd Institutions Code Section 170a9, adopted
Resolution No. '75-141, a Resolution Adopting Indigent Burial Policy snd
Schedule of Fees; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend tihe indigent burial schedule of
fees;
NOW, TfiEREFORE BE IT R~SOLVEII by the Board of 5upervisors of the
Countiy of Butte, State o€ California, that the ameaded indigent burial
schedule of fees atkached hereto as Exhibit "A" is t~ereby adopted on
behalf of this Board.
PASSED AND ADOPTEA by the Butte County Supervisors this 30 day of
March 1976> by the following vote:
AYES: ~upervi.sors Ladd, Madigan, McKillop, Richter and Chairman Cameron
NOES: none
ABSENT: none
NOT VOTING: none
