RESOLUTION OVERRULZNG PROTESTS
WHEREAS, on the 16th day of March, 1976, the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, adopted
zts resolution fixing time and place for hearzng on the Engi-
neer's R2port in Clark Road Assessment Distr~ct No. 1, County ot
Butte, State of Calitornia; and
WHEREAS, sazd reso2ution fixed the 20th day of April,
1976, at the hour of 10:30 o'clock A.M. of said day at.the meet-
ing place of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
located in the Butte County Courthouse, 1859 Bird, Oroville,
Californ~a, as the time and glace for hearing protests with re~a-
tion to the proposed improvements described in the Engineer's
Report, the grades to which the wnrk wi11 be done, tne extent
of the assessment district, or to the proposed assessment.
WHEREAS, protests or objections were filed in writ-
ing by certain persons, firms or corporations who were inter-
ested in certain of the property wfthin the boundaries of said
district, which said protests or ob~ections were delivered to
the County Clerk not later than the hour set for hearing such
objections; and
WHEREAS, at the time set for hearing the prntests and
objections, said Board of Supervisors of ~he County of Butte pro-
ceeded to hear the same, and all of the protests or objections
of every kind and nature having been heard and duly considered;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEi2EBY RESOLVED by the Board of
Superva.sors of the County pf Butte, State of California, that
all of said protests and objections of evezy kind or nature be,
and the same are hereby, ovezru~.ed or den9.ed; and
IT IS HEREBX FURTH~R RESOLV~D that the Board of Supervisors
finds that saic~ protests and objections are made by the owners
of less than one-lial£ of the area of the property to be assessed
~oz' sai.d imprpvements.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was du'~y
and regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the
20th day of April, 1976, by the £o1.lowinq vote, to wi~:
