RESOLUTION AUTHORTZING CHANG~S IN THE WORK TO
B~ MA~E BY TFTE DTR~C2'OR OF PUI3LTC WORKS OF TfTE
COUNTY OF BUTTE IN CLARK ROAD ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
NO. 1, COIINTY OF B[ITTE, 5TATE OF CAE,TFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, as follows:
The Director of Public Works without further authori-
zation of the Board of 5upervisors is hereby authorized to order
changes in the work to be done in Clark Road Assessmen~ Dis~ricti
No. 1, County of Butte, State of California, under ~.he foZlow-
ing candi.tions:
To correct clericaZ and technical errors in the glans;
To modify the design of the project wherever good
engineering practice indicates that the modification
should be made; •
To adjust the design af the project to utility Ioca-
tions, soil conditi.ons, and other field conditions
which ware unknown or uncertain at the time the plans
were prepared.
HOWEVER, the Director of PubZic works shall not be
authorized to approve change orders resulting in the increase
in construction costs aggregating more trian the amount of cnn-
tingencies pxovided for i.n the Amenc3ed Engineer's Report here-
tofore approved by this Board of Supervisors.
