RESOLUTION dF AWARD OF CONTFtACT, CLARK R071D ASSESS-
MENT DISTRICT NO. 1, COUNTY OF F3UTTE, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA ~
T~HEREAS, by Resolution adnpted on the 16th day of March,
1976, it was directed that bzds be called for the improvement
work to be done in Clark Road Assessment District.NO. 1, Count~
of Butte, State of California, and that the time fixed for re-
ceiving sealed bids or proposals was the 8th day of April, ~976,
at the hqux of 11:00 o'clock A.M. o£ said day; and
WHEREAS, Notice to Contractors was duly published in
the time and manner required by 1.a~a; and
WEiEREAS, a1I bids having been publicly opened, examined
and declared pertaining to the doing.of the work and improve-
ments described in the Resolution of Intention, which Resal.ution
of Intention is hereby expressly re~erred to.for a description
of said improvements, and ~or all other particulars relative
to the proceedings under said Resolution of Intention; and
WHEREAS, the Soard o£ Supervisors of the County of Sutte,
State of California, on the 20th day of Apri3., 1976, ordered
the improvernents to be made S.n said assessment district;
NOW, THEI2EF'ORE, IT IS AEREBX RE50~VED that the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, hereby
rejects all o£ said proposa].s or bids, except that herein men-
tioned, and hereby awards the contract for said improvements
to the lowest responsible bidder, to wit: R. C. COLLFT, INC.,
at the prices named in the bid of said bidder on file in the
~ o~fzce of the County Clerk of the Connty of Butte; and

IT IS HEREBY DIRECTED that the Count~y Clerk of the County
of Butte pub~ish a Notice of Award~o~ Contract.

2 HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resoiution was duly
and regularly adopted by the Board of SupErvisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on
the Z~th day of April ,~.975, by the following vote,
