HomeMy WebLinkAbout76-090RESO~UTION DECLARZNG INTENTION TO SELL PROPERTY WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte deems it advisable to sell the following surpZus property, to wit: A portion of the southwest quarter of Section 6 and Lot 1 of the northwest quarter of Section 7, T19N, R4E, MDB&M. Said portion is all that part thereof described as follows: Beginning at a point on the northerly line of Nelson Avenue per the "Map of Thermalito, Butte Countyi Ca1a." ~iled for record June 8,.1887, Records of said County, said point also being the southwest corner of that certain parcel of land acquired by the County of Butte by Deed recorded Febraasy 6, 1882 in Book 21 of Deeds at page 201~ Records of said County; thence N 89°47'39"E along said northerly line af Nelson Avenue, 74~19 ~eet to the westerly right of way line of State Highway 70 as described by Deed to the S~ate of California recorded November 10, 1964 in Book 1345~ at page 3 O~ficial Records of said County, said point also being distant 395.95 fee~ southwesterly, measured r~dially from the base line at Engineer's Station "B " 89+99.72 of the Department of Public Wnrks' 1956 Survey Yrom Oroville to Jarbo Gap, Road III-But-21-B (The California State Zone II Coordinates for said poin~ are X=2,12~,218.31 and Y=676,8'E1.25); THENCE along said westerly right of way line the following courses and distances~ (1) N 81°58'04"E 10~.17 ~'eet; thence (2) N 81°58'~4"E 79.29 ~'eet; thence {3) N 25°18'07"~ 52.18 feet; thence (4} along a curve to the left with a radius of 335.00 ~'eet~ through an angle of 30~15'20", anoarc length of 'l76.9Q ~eet (the chord o~' wh~eh curve bears N 15 18`50"YJ 174.85 feet); thence (5) N 30°25'28"@V 445.53 feet to ~he west line of said Section 6; thence Ieaving said right of way 1ine~ southerly along the west line of said Sections 6& 7, 625 feet more or less ~o the point oY beginning.
