Che services of the Department of the Youth Authority regarding
dispositions to be made with respect to minors who have been
determined by the Juvenile Cour~ of this county ~o be persons
described by Welfare and Institutions Code §§601 or 602,
WHEREAS, the Dapartment of the Youth Authority is capable
of providing th.e services es specified in the proposed agreement,
a copy of which is attached hereto, and
WHEREAS, said agreement has been approved by auditor and
counsel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED ~hat ~Che probatiion officer
of the CounCy of Bu~~e is hereby authorized to execute said agree-
ment on beha3.f of the County of Butte.
