RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SALE OF BONDS
WHE~tEAS, the Board o~ Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State o~ California, has received a written proposal from GROSS
AND COMPANY, INC., offering to purchase improvement bonds to be
issued by the County o£ Butte to represent unpaid assessments
Zeviefl pursuant to the Resolution of Intention for Clark Road
Assessment District No. Z, County of Butte, State o~ Calizornia,
adopted by the Board of Supezvisors o~' the Cdunty of Butte on the
Ist day of July, 1975, for payment of the improvements and all ot
the incidental expenses in connection therawith, in said C7.ark
Ftoad ASSessment District No. I; an8
WHEREAS, i~ is the opinion of this Board that the public
in~erest and convenience will be served by accepti.ng the offer of
the said GROSS AND C0:IPANY, INC., dated ,A.pril 26, I976, and
will also be sezved by selling the said bonds at the price therein
named;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HER~BY ORDERED that the proposal
of GROSS AND COMPANY, IDIC., dated April 26, 1976,. be, and the same
is hereby accepted and that the bonds be,'and they are hereby
ordered sold to GROSS AND COMPANY, INC., in the amount and subject
~.o the ~erms and conc~itions stated in the bid of the said GROSS AND
CdMPANY, IATC.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that ~.he interest xate of said
bonds be, and the saine is hereby fiixed at the rate stated in said
bid, and that said bonds shall be dated the 2nd day of July, 1976,
and shall bear interest from said date.

T HEREBY CERTTFY that the foregoing reso~ution was duly
and regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors ot the County
of Butte, State of California, at a regu~ar meeting thereof, held
on the 25th day of May, 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
