RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
BETNJEEN THE COUNTY OF BUTTE AP7B R. C. COLLET,
INC., FOR WORK TO BE DONE A1~D APPROVING BONDS IN
CI~ARK ROAD ASSESSMEI~T DISTRICT NO. 1, COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STAfiE OE" CAZIPORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by ~the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butt~, State of Calitornia, that contract dated the llth day
of May, 1976, by and between the County of Butte and ~2. C. Colle~,
Inc., for the work and impro~crements to be done in Clark Road
Assessment District No. 1, County of.Butte, State of California,
is hereby appzoved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman ot the Board of
Supervisozs of the County of Butte Be authorized to sign, and the
County C1.erk thereof be authorized to attest, said agreement; and
BE TT ~'URTH~R RESOLVED that the Labor and 1MateriaZ Bonc~
and the ~'aithtu~. Per~ormance Bond to seaure the pertormance of said
contract and ~o secure payment of labor and material. claims be filed
with the Counfy Clerk of the County of Butte in said mat~er, which
said Labor and Material Bond and said ~'aithf~l Performance Bond
are hereby appxoved. ,
