RESOLUTION GTVING NOTIC~ OF' INTEN7ION TO
ABANDON PUBLIC €1TILITY EASEM~NT
WHEREAS, this Board has received a request from Mr. and Mrs.
C. L. Bentley, Jr. ~o allow the abandonment of public utility easement
as described below, and
WHEREAS, pursuant ~o the authority vested in this Board under
Government Code Sections 50430, et se~c., this Board wishes to declare
its 9ntention to abandon said public utility easement as described
below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice ~hat at its regu]ar
meeting on 7{,;;P 2g, , 1976, at ~'_3o p.m. , in the Board
Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville, a hearing shall
be held on the abandonment of the following described easement.
All tha~ certain public utility easement ~ying within
Lot 22 as shown on the Map of Crestmaor Estates Unit No.
1 recorded in Book 23, Maps of Record at Page 2b, Office
of the Recorder, County of Butte, State of California.
2. That this Resolut9on be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code Sections 50440 and 50441.
