STUDENTS AND THE ADULTS OF THE YUBA CITY HIGH SCHOOL
L~REAS, this Board rras grieved to learn of the ~ragic accident
resulting in injury and death of the students and the adults o~ the Yuba City
High School, and
WHERFAS, this Board sympathizes with ~he families' anguish and
sorrow, and
WIiEREAS, this Board wishes to express, on behalf of the people of tY!e
County of Butte and atself, its condolences.
NOW~ THE1?.F~'ORE,.BE TT RESOLVE- by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
~., That the condolences and heartfelt sympathy of the Board of
Supervisors and the people of the Connty of Butte be extended to the families
of ~he injux'ed and. deceased, and that the clerk of this Board £orward a
certified copy of this resolution to the Sutter Coun~y High School District
Board of Directors. ~-
2. That the reo lar meeting of this Board held on May`25, 1976, be
adjourned. ir~ an expression of our sorrow to the families of the students and
the adial.ts so tragical].y affected.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Snpervisors this
