BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE
!!OF CALIFORNZA, as follows:
1. That it is the inCention of the Board of Supexvisors to abandon the
county highway hereiaafter described, pursuant to Section 956,8 of the Streets
and Highways Code of this state.
2. That the hearing on th.is Resalution to Abandon County Highway st~ali
:be held on Tuesday, the ~n day of ,,,b~ ,!9~ 7F , at
Z,;nn p,~,_F_ of said d.ay in the Supervisors' Room in the Butte County
!"Administration Buildin.g, £ronting on Huntoon Street in Oroville, California,

and copies conspicuously posted, all as required by Section 958 of said
Streets and Highways Code,
