WITHIN BUTTE COUNT.'Y

WHETtEA5, the Department of Pub3.i.c Works, State of California, certified
Ito the State Controller on Maxch 5, 1976, that the ~eo~al mi].eage of main-
tained county roads in Sutte County was 1467,02 miles; and
WHEREAS, Butte County now finds that the total mileage of maintained
county roads is 1470.05 miles;
NOW, THEREFOR.~, B'~ IT RESOLVED that the mileage of main~ained county
'roads certi~3.ed Maxch 5, 1976, be corrected in accordance wi~h tihe indications
in color on the accompanyi.ng maps marked Exhibit "A" and in accordance wi~h
the additzorts or corxections to the attached tabulation m~ ked E~.ibi~. "'B",
both exhi.bzts bei.ng made a part of this resolution, by incorpora~ion herein,
`and whi.ch said exhibits specify the te~ini and mileage of each route added or
`deleted.
