WHEREAS, the Board has prevzously passed Resolu~ion
No. 75--67 au~ehorizing certain county o£~icials tio appear on behalf
of tkze coun~y on sma11 claims actions, and
C+~TER~AS, a need has now arisen to exten.d ~Chis resolution
to the Family Support Division of the District Attox-ney's office.
NOW, TH~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED.by this Board:
1. Thar Resolution No. 75-67 is hereby ainended by adding
thereto the accounCs clerk of the Family Support Division of the
District Attorney~ office.
2. All af ~he remaining terms and conditions of the
afo~ementioned Resolu~i.on 75-67 shall continue to remain i.n f~.ll
force and effect.
