RESOLUTION AMENDING 1tESOLUTZQN N0. 74-129 - RESOLUTION
REGARDING "CONSERVA'~'ZON AGREEMENTS
WHEREAS, this Board had previous].y passed Resolution No.
74-129,and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to establish sufficierit fees for
applications for such contracts so as eo defray costs to the County'
for processi.ng said applications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESO~VEA by ~he Butte County Soard o~
Supervisors as follows:
l. Paragraph number 4 of Resolution No. 74-1.29 is hereby
amended to read as fol~.ows:
"4. A fee ot FIFTY ($50.00) AOLLARS sha11 be
submitted with the application, and this fee shall not be retv.rned
in the event the application is turned do~rn by the County."
