HomeMy WebLinkAbout76-109~ Resolufion No. 76-109 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUT~ON 68~7 - ESTASLISHING ADMINISTR.ATIVE PROCEDiTRES AND UNZFORM RULES INCLUDING COMP!-1TIBLE USES FOR 61G1ZICULTUR~L 1'RESERVE ~~ WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the Countp of Butte, did pass Resolution 68-7 on ,Tanuary 16, 19b8 establish~:ng adminisrra- tive procedures and uniform rules including compati:ble uses foz agricul~ural preserves, and WYLEREAS, the Board of Supervisors have determined that higher standards for land that is the subject of a contract with the County of Butte pursuant to the terms o~ Resolution 68-7 and the I~and Conservation Act of 1965, as amended. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Super- visors of the County of Butte, State ot Calitornia, do ktex~eby amend paragraphs C.1, C.2 and C.3 of Resolution 68-7 to read as follows: "1. That the minimum area for contract or agreement of horticulture type cultivation sha~.I be forty (40) acres, except in areas zoned A-5 the five {5) acre minimum may be considered. The uses permitted for residential shall be one (1) ~amily dwelling for the use of an own.er or manager within the agricultural preserve or a person employed on said 1and; bu~ no~ exceeding one (1) dwelling for each parcel of not less than fortp (40) acres O1Z "2. 'Shat the minimum area for contract or agreement of field crops type o~ cult'ivatzon or for irrigated pastures shall be one hundred sixty (160) acres. The uses permitted for residential sha11 be one (1) £am~.ly dweJ:li~n.g for ~he use of an owner or manager ~aitha~n the aga~a.cultural preserve or a person employed on said land; bu~C n.ot exce.edi.ng ane (1) dwelling for each parcel of not less than one hundred sixty (160) acres OR "3.
