p~oposed anne~a~ion o£te~ri~ory described in Exhibit "A," attachea
hereta and incorporated herein, ~o Coun~y Service Area No. ~3 ~or
hear~ng on June 22, 1976, a~ 1:30 p.zz~. a~ said day, ~n ~he Board
of Supe~v~.sors Room, Adminis~ratzon Buil.ding, Ci~y of ~rav~.ll.e,
S~a~e of Ca~,i~ornia, and
WHEREAS, sa~.d Board proceeded ta hea~ arguments, both ~or
and against the annexation of said ~er~i.tory on .~une 22, 1976, at
1:3Q p.m. and again on June 29, 1976 at 1:30 p.in. hav~.ng continued
th~ hearing to sa~d date, and
WHEREAS, no writ~en pxotests aga~nst th~ annexatxon of
said ~erritory were ~i1ed.

visors o~ the Coun~y of Butte, S~a~e o£ California, as follows:
