BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION ADOPTING PROPOSED BUDGET FOR, THE FTSCAL YEAR 1976-77
(GOV~ERNMEN~ CODE SECTTON 29,000 ET. SEQ.)
BE IT R.ESOLVED by the BOARI) OF SUPERVISORS of the COU~ITY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA~ as £ollows:
1. Tha~ the ~abul.ation of anticipated revenues and. proposed expenditures
for the ~iscal y~eas 1976-77 has been reviewed and rev'ised under tYte direction of
this Board, and now conforms to its ~udgement as a proper preliminas~r financial
program for said #'iscal year and is hexeby adopted as the "Proposed Btzd.ge~ of ~he
Couz~ty of Butte for ~he Fiscal Xear 1976-7'7."
2. The E'Proposed Budget" shall be reproduced and a sla~.'~'icien~ n~ber of
budget documents shall be provided so that each ta~ayer who c~esires may obtain one,
and a copy sha11 imm.ediately be #'orwarded to the State Controller by~the Auditor.
3. The Clerk of the Board shall forthwith publish a notice once in a
newspaper of genera7. cixculation sta~ing that:

July 20,1976 at 9:00 in the Board of Supervisors room, in ~he County Administration

thereat and be heard xegaxding the increase, decrease or omission of ar~p items of
the Buclget or for the inclusion of ad.ditional items, all in accordance with Section
29,066 of the Government Code of the State of California.
