to aiio~ the abandon~ent of pub].i.c utility easement as described
below,
WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority ves~ed in this Boa~d
under Govexnment Code §§50430, et seg., this Board w~.shes to
declare its intention to abandon said public utility easelnen.t as
described below:
NOW, 'Z'~iEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board:
1. Th.at th.is Board hereby gives notice that at its regula~
meeting on August 3T, 1976 at 1:30 r.M. in the Soard Chambers,
Butte Covnty Administration Building, Orovi.lle, a hearing shall be
held on the abandonment of the ~ollowi.ng described easement:
The easterly eight feet of the 10-foot public utility
easement 3.ying easterly o~ that 10-foot drainage easement
extending along the westerly I.ine of the Zindo Manor
Subdivision, Unit Vo. 2, fiZed~"nr record in Book 19 0~

2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the prov~.sian.s of Government Code §§50440 and 50%41.
