WHERE,SS, a poxtion of Oroville-Quincy Highway is no longer necessaxy or

WHERF~PS, pursuant to the Streets and Highways Cod~,Section 960.1, tkie
Board finds that a portion o£ OroviLle-Quincy Highway should be summarily
vacated,
NOWa THEREFORE? BE IT RESOLVE- by the Board of Supervisors of the Courity
of Butte, State of California, as £olLows:
The following-described pt~rtion of Oroville-Quincy Highway is hereby
summarily vacated and abandoned pursuant to Streets and Aighways Code Secti.on
9601:
A portion of Che norfhwest quarter of Section 33, T21N, RSE, M.D.M.,
more particularly described as follows:
A11 that porCion of Che Oroville-Quincy Highway Uounded on the soutE~ by
tl~e easterly extension of the south Line of that certain parcel of land
conveyed to BaJ. Robertson et ux bp deed recorded July 6, 1965 in Book 1380 at
Page 84, Butte County Official Records; bounded on the nortih by the easterly
extension of the north line of said RoberCson parcel and bounded on the east
by khe following described line:
I Commencing at the northwest carner of said Section 33; thence 5 0°26`44"W
I along the west line of Section 33, 415.80 feet to the said north line of said
', Robertson parcel; thence along said north line N 89°51~23"~, 150.06 feet to
a point on the easterly extension of said north line and the TRUE POTNT OF
BEGINNING; thence S 8°04'43"4d along a line 40.00 feet westerly measured at righ
angles to and para7.le1 with the centerline of Oroville-Quincy Highway, 382.27
£eet to the ea~sterl;q extension of the South line of said Robertson parcel and
the end "of the herein described line.
