under Government Code ~50430 et se~c,, this Board wishes to d.eclare its
intention to abandon a public highway as described below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board:
1. That this Board herehy gives notice that at its
regular meeting on Auqust3l ^_, 1976, at ~0:30 a.m., i.n the
Board chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oxovzlle, a
hearing shall be:~he3d on the abandonment o£ the following described
~ub-1'ic highway.
A11 that portion of Bxdwell Ave. lying east of the
easterly line of Cussick Ave. as shown on the i~4ap
of the Cussick Tract recoxded November 27, 1895, in
Book 1 at Page 48 County of Butte, State of California,
reserving therefrom all rights of the public utilities
a.n accordance with Seetion 959.1 of the Streets and
Highways Code of the Sta~te of California.
2. That this Resolution be pas'ted and published pursuant
to tihe provisions of Government Code Sections 50440 and 50441.
