RESOLUTION SELLING T~E BUT~E CQUNTY S~RVICE
AR~A N~. 26 ~975 SEWER BOND, SERIE5 C
WHEREAS, this Board a~ Supervisors of Sutte County
has duly authorized the issuance of ~he Butte County Service
Area No. 26 1975 Sewer Bond, Series C in the principal
amount of $89,000, and further duly authorized the sale of
sa~d bond at public sale to ~he highest bidder therefor;
and
WHEREAS, notice of the sale of said bonfl has
been given and the only bid received for said bond was the
b~d of the United States of America, Farmers Home Adminis~
tration, of~er~ng to purchase said bonfl at par withou~ a
premium;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND QRDERED by
the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, as follows:
Section 1. Said bid of the LTnited States of
America, Farmers Home Administra~ion for said bond is hereby
accepted and the County Treasurer of the County of Butt~ is
hereby authorized and directed to del5.ver said bond to said
purchaser thereof upon payment to said Treasurer o~ the
purchase price, ~o wit: The par value thereof.
Section 2. This resolution 5ha11 take effect from
