RESOLUTION APPROVZNG SAI,E OF TAX DEEDED PROPE}.i.~`I
WHEREAS, the Tax Collec~or of Butte County has filed with
Che Board of Supervisors a notice of intention to selJ. tax deeded
p~operCy as listed on the 1976 Sealed Bid Auction li.sting dated
August 19, 1976 containing 8 items that have been deeded to the State
for non-paymenC of delinquent taxes ~or a sum not less than the
minimum price set forth on said listing and;
WHEREAS, the Boa~'d of Supervisors h.ereby determines th.at
said proposed sale should be approved.
