A STTE TMPROVEMENT F~~ '
WHERE~ xesoJ,uti.on, No. 72-b2 was passed and adopted by the Butte ,County
Board of Supervi.sors on Apri1 4, 1972, pursuant to ~he prov~sions af Chap~er
20 of the Butte Coun.~y Code to establish fees ftor subdivzsions andland
d~.v~.sions; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Superv~sors desires to amend cer~aix~ fees s~t
forth therein pertainiztg ~a processing af subdiv~.s~.on maps an~. parc~I maps
and ~.o establish a si~e-a.mprovement fee; ~
NOW, THE~EFOR~, BE I'~ RESOLV~D by the Butte County Baard of Supex-
visors, Section IV of Resol.ution No. 72-62 pe~~aXning to fees is hereby
amended as follows:
IVo Fees:
'The.fee ampunt in subsection A to be increased to ~5100 tor
pre~iminary subdivxsion maps. ~
T[ze ~'ee amount in subsection B ro be a.ncxeased fio ~100 for.
' tentative subdivision maps of ten or less ~ats. ~'or subdxYrxsions
