RESOLUTION OF ABANDONME~TT OF PtTBLIC UTILiZ"Y EAS~MENT
WHEREAS, this Board has received a xequest from Spencer
Slake to a11ow the abandonu~ent of public uti:la.ty easement as
described below,
WHEREAS, pv.rsuan~ to the authority vested in this Board
under Government Code §§50430, et s~., thLS Board wishes to
abandon said easements as described below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE XT R~S~LV~D by this Board:
1. That this Board finds that saa.d easemen~ is unnecessary
for present or prospective public use.
2. 2'Y~.at said public utility easement as hereinaf~er
described is hereinafter abandoned and vacated.
3. That said public utility easemen:t is situated in the
County of Butte, State of California, and descxibed as follows, to
wit:
