an additional fee shal~ be charged for each mobilehome iocated on a
lot outside mobilehome parks;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Super-
visors, State of California, hereby direct the Department of PUblic
Works to collect, in addition to the fees prescribed in Resolution
74-158, an additiona~ $25.00 fee for each mobilehome u~7~l~y
installation;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that ~he ef~ective date of this
fee shall be the same as Ordinanc~ No. 1765 requiring such fees
for permanent buildings.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Super~
visors this 26th day of oceober , 1976, by the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors Madigan, McKillop, Richter and Chairman Cameron
