FOR OBSERVATZON AND T~ORARY DETENTION

WHEREAS, the CounCy of Butite, is desirous of obtai.na.ng
the servfces of the Department of the YouCh Authority regarding disposa.t3.ons
to be made with respect to minors who have been deCermined by the 3uvena.le
Court of this county to be persons described bq Welfare and Institutions
Code § ~ 601 and 6020
WHEREAS, ~he Depaxtment of the Yauth Authority is capable of
providing Che services as specified in the proposed agreement, a copy
of whicfi is attached hereto, and
WHEREAS, said agreement has been approved by auditior and connsel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board of
Supexvisors of the County of Butte is hereby authorized to execute said
agreement on behalf of the County of Butteo
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 2nd day of November, 1976, by the folZowing vote:
