RESOLUTION RECOGNIZIN~ ENPLOYEE SERVTCES"

WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Bu~te recognizes the dedication and performance of county
employees in efficiently and effectively carrying out their
important assignments an.d duties;
AND U~HEREAS, Bu'tte County employees have during times
of disaster demons~rated their dedzcat~on to du~y ar_d their
ab~.l5.ty to restore essential services as witnessed las~ y~ar
dur~ng tihe post-earthquake period;
AI3D WHEREAS, the county recently exparienced a malicious
fire-borubing attack upon the County Welfare Offices, which
again. required county emptoyees to ra11.y and to perform outstand-
ing~.y those tasks to insure early restoration of normal services
to the ci~izens of the county.
P30W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED tha~ the Board of ,
Supervisors of the County of Bu~te by ~his resolution ca~end the
management and the employees of the flu.t~e County Wel.far~e Department
for their dedicat~.on to duty and to their individua~ effarts in bringin;
about a swift clean-up f'ollowi.ng the f~.re-bombzng o~' their offices
and the early restora~ion o~ services to the citizens of the
county.
