RESOLUTION OF ABANl70~TMENT OF PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
WHEREAS, this Board has received a request from Richard
Campleman, et a~. to all.ow the abandonment of public utility easement
as desc~a.bed below,
WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority vested in this Board
under Government Code §§50430, et s~., this Board wishes to abandon
said easements as described below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board:
1. That this Board finds that said easement is unnecessary
for preserit or prospective public use.
2. That sai.d public utility easement as hereinafter
described is hereinafter abandoned and vaca.ted.
3. That said public utiiity easement is situated in the
County of Butta, State of CaZi~ornia, and described as fol.lows, to
wit:
"All those certain lZ ft. public utility easements,
along the east line of lots 5, 6, 9, 11 & 13 also
the sou~herly 189 of ~har l2 ~oot public utility easement,
along the northwesterly line of Lot 50, a11 as shown
on ~he subdivision enti~led Crestmoor Estates Unit<NQ~.
1 recorded in Book 23 Maps of Record at pages 25 and 26,
County of Sutte, State of California."

of Butte th.is 9~h day of November , 1976, by the following
